Very flexible, used my leftover materials from previous project.
I had to call to see if they were coming. They said someone had call at 8am Friday morning to cancel because of the rain . I never received a call. I called them about 9:10. I was disappointed. I felt like they just forgot to put me on the schedule even though the appointment was made 3 weeks earlier . I had already had them do $3,000 dollars of electrical work done but they forgot to include the AC. I had to have them come back to do the AC but that didn’t happen because of the rain. I just feel like they forgot to put me on the schedule and forgot to call
Teague is consistently fantastic. I would recommend them with zero hesitation.

I called Teague to schedule for an electrician to come out and work on my oven. I clearly explained the problem. I explained the troubleshooting I had done. I asked if they were able to work on my brand. They assured me they were capable of working on my brand. When the electrician arrived, he did the exact same troubleshooting I had done (also to no avail). He advised me that the manufacturer would have to work on it and then charged me almost $200 which is, apparently, their standard trip fee.
I have confidence that Teague Electric will show up on time, have the right materials and be efficient about completing the work! Quality is never a concern.
The last young man that was here was did a great job. He also gave us some helpful recommendations for additional electric work we are contemplating.
They were able to schedule us in within a day instead of 5-6 days later for the other guys.
After our recent experience, I can no longer recommend Teague. Their prices are outrageously high, but this is not the only reason I don't recommend this company. More detailed comments are in my response to question 12 below.

Teague did a very professional job at a competitive price.
Asked to send someone with experience in low voltage track lighting. Person they sent didn't have clue. Spent most of his time talking to his "partner" on the phone. Got light working but his advice if it kept blowing bulbs was buy new part. Never solved issue of fixture continually blowing bulbs. Actually got problem solved thru a person working at home depot.
