At the beginning it was hard to get the contract from them , I even went to the office and spoke to the owner but once we got everything in place it was quick, the staff and hat worked on the hose was very professional and humble people I will rate their the staff 5 stars, the management 3.5.

The completed project is perfect. The siding was an exceptional job.

Everything was great with the exception of the trim around the door which was discarded. There’s no way to match the existing trim now. I would’ve liked to clean it up; even the top piece above the door was removed. They did a great job cleaning up the water and I’d use them again.

Swift was contracted to patch and paint a water damaged wall and restretch the carpet. Despite getting an obnoxious amount of DocuSign agreements, they did not call until the day before or the day of work and did not communicate well with us. The result was fine though.

They were late showing up three of the times they came; hours late. When they came to remove the kitchen sink and cabinet they began to remove other cabinets that were supposed to stay. They also damaged our kitchen sink in the process of removing it.

Swift restoration were awesome! They were very curtious and were very respectful of our home even the part that wasn’t in shambles. I will most definitely refer them to my friends and family. I had a flooded basement due to a broke pipe, lots of damage. Even though it was a holiday they were there fast and got all the water and damaged stuff out. I am extremely satisfied with the repair work my basement looks brand new. They keep you informed of everything thats going on and work with your schedule and budget. They will definitely be my first call for any repairs or remodeling in the future.
