I have given the bake to a few friends, the product was amazing, the instal crew left lots to be desired, which is my hang up and source of my not giving 5 stars to anything.

The company did a nice job on the roof, though my water heater stack was crooked and pushed directly ontop of it, with no air flow gap. There was a small bit of debris left in the yard and black smudge marks on my fence door, but all in all it was fairly clean. I did not like the hole that was in my living room ceiling that initially i was told they were NOT going to fix. My house was just painted on the inside so after some debate, they did come back to only patch the hole. The guy that came did not have a ladder nor drop cloths (which i supplied). The company refused to repaint where the hole was made. I work in the trades, so i know when an issue occurs due to company fault, it should be rectified quickly and to the customer's expectations. It was not in my case.I also had issues with the finance company that was used and after paying the full bill very early, i have yet to see any kind of interest reimbursement. The spot they 'fixed' my water heater stack still leaked afterwards. Also, when i dropped off the initial payment to start the job, nobody in the office was aware the money was even dropped off the following week.

They are no longer in my area, if they were I would give 5 stars, they have since moved and no longer serve the Punta Gorda area to my knowledge.

They were insanely professional from the very start. I don't take hiring people lightly; I read reviews for hours. I had eight roofers come to give me estimates, and Surf and Turf was a no-brainer; other roofers told me everything Surf and Turf showed me was true. When the salesman came, he sat on the couch, did not stand by the door like he was in a rush, videotaped, took pictures, and answered questions. We had a ton more knowledge when he left. He was extremely polite. The same day we closed, we noticed a leak that had gone undetected by the inspector. The seller said they would pay for it and wanted us to use the cheapest estimate. Surf and Turf were up front with what was included in the price. The cheaper companies had additional charges if things came up.

They were very cooperative, they cleaned up everything afterward, and I liked the tile chosen.

The work was done in a timely fashion. The work looks beautiful. It will add resale value to our home.

Surf and Turf Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof. The crew came at 7:30 am and tore off the old roof of 2 layers of shingles and proceeded to replace bad plywood sheathing. Then installed an underlayment and then new shingles. They did a great job and then cleaned up all around the grounds of our home.

Would absolutely use them again in a heart beat. Wonderful to deal with from start to finish. We had two companies come out and they were honest with everything that needed to be done and told us we still had about 15 years left on the roof with the other company advising our roof was trash and needed a complete repair. For anyone that needs roof work done this is the company to go with!

I fully disclosed in advance that I would need ample plywood for repairs as per seeing other similar roofs/similar age repaired in my development. I was assured that 5 sheets eere ordered and would be more than enough. I was later overcharged $1,000.00 @9% interest for more wood cost over run. When I grieved the overcharge, I asked what about the remaining 6 new bails of shingles and extra ridge vent on my sidewalk I paid for. I later observed 4 straps of new roofing nails in the dumpster at my expense. What does surf and turf care? I paid for them. As I approached my car, I found an old rusted roofing nail next to my pass rear tire. I had also been very specific about nail risk. I will mail to them after I mow the lawn and find more. I can not comment on guality yet. It has only stormed once since installation. Status of leak arrest is still to be determined. Legally, the plywood and loose nail are breach of contract verbally. I'm sure they included a slick disclaimer in writing. As a former trucker, who delivered Owens Corning products in the 80s and as as customer and human being striving to survive on a fixed income, I hope Owens Corning takes a better look at who they are endorsing.

Value Received - I definitely feel I received a fair value for my money. After they showed me what was going on with my roof, the previous contractor did such a poor job that the insurance company wouldn't cover it due to poor workmanship. That contractor never took the old shingles off. It was a double layer of single sheets. There were leaks in several areas of our roof and a lot of intermixed shingles. That previous job was horrible. The chimney flashing was not present either.

My neighbors were very skeptical about solar panels. They were telling me they ruined the roof. Surf N Turf Roofing told me that was not true. solar panels on your roof. They pointed out that the leak wasn't solar panels; it was the poor workmanship of the previous roofing contractor in 2013. I am ready to turn our solar panels back on. I'm very satisfied.

The team at Surf & Turf exceeded our expectations!Plus, they gave us a beautiful roof!To say it was a struggle to get to this point would be the year's understatement, but that is due to our solar company.The entire way through, from the initial visit where the sales guy identified where our leak was coming from, all the way through the installation on Feb 19th was handled professionally and far exceeded our expectations of a roofing company.The sales guy, Dominic, was professional, informative, not pressuring, and communicative.*The production team, Jake, Tyler, and Owen, helped us out by putting up an emergency tarp and then communicated consistently about how the process would work, including the timing of third-party suppliers.The crew arrived promptly, worked like clockwork, and wrapped the day precisely at 4pm as anticipated. They kept the property cleaned up... it actually is better than when they got here!The office manager, Sarah, was professional, helpful, and super friendly. She helped where she could with the solar company, kept us updated, and sent us lots of pictures as the project proceeded. She even came out to the house and spent the day playing with our bulldog after bringing her a new toy! What company does this???Kyle, the owner, who we didn't have the pleasure of meeting, was helping in the background by approving things and empowering the team to do fantastic work for his company!Overall, would we use them again?Well, they returned today (2/21) to install a complete Waterloov gutter guard system on the house!A game day decision that was easy to say yes to based on our fantastic experience!

There is a leak in my roof. I called Surf and Turf Roofing. They sent someone to look at it. He said it would cost me $4900.00 to fix the leak. The repair would cost $300.00 in materials and require one day of labor. I have called the company multiple times. The owner has not returned my calls. No one has returned my calls. The roof is leaking. I would like for Surf and Turf Roofing to call me and resolve this as soon as possible.

The roof has really been a problem. I didn't know it but until lately. The garage roof has deteriorated so bad that there is a whole in it. I didn't expect that at the price they charged.
