I originally called Superior Gutter and Roofing for a gutter inspection which was done by Paxson Lee. He was punctual and took a lot of pictures to explain what he was seeing. After inspecting the gutters, Paxson recommended a full gutter replacement and provided a fast quote.
Paxson also recommended that I allow Superior Gutter and Roofing to do a free roof inspection which was done by Beacon Howard the following week. Beacon spent several hours on the roof, in the yard, and in the attic documenting the hail damage that he found. He spent time explaining what he was seeing and was confident that insurance would cover the cost of a new roof. Beacon has been very helpful throughout the inspection and claims process and I would recommend Superior Gutter and Roofing.
My insurance company did approve the replacement of my entire roof and a portion of my gutter system. However, they made the process excruciatingly painful and difficult. Scott Bandy was there the whole way to help deal with the difficult insurance company and make sure that I got what I was promised.
Overall, the work was done in a timely manner and the roof and gutters look great!
