They did a very professional and great job. I am very happy with the job they did.
The workmanship was excellent. They were here when they said they would be.
I just sent them a thank-you card because they were so wonderful.

They don't respond immediately when you call and try to blame it on something else.
Very minimal communication and delayed work. Work began 30 days after approximate start date without any updates or communication in between. This was after I texted, emailed, and called to receive updates for cause of delay. Once work started, very minimal work completed and paused again for delays. What was supposed to be a smooth 6 week project ended up being cancelled from me end and delayed for months waiting on responses. I should've gone with someone else from the beginning or at least received communication throughout the stressful process of repairs.
The workmanship, friendliness, trustworthiness of the workers was exceptional., but I had a problem with the timliness of the completion of the work.
Superior Flood left a dent in my new refrigerator, was reluctant to work with my real estate agent to help with finishing work so I could put my house on the market, and dragged out my repairs for almost four months. Of course, once the work was complete, they contacted me every day to sign the documents to get their pay out from my insurance company! I would not recommend them to anyone.
Superior Flood Restoration, Inc did a very nice job and I am pretty satisfied!
I thought Chad Puls the project manager and estimator did an excellent job. Jason the subcontracted cabinet repair person was excellent. He was capable of doing everything by himself. Very disappointed in the painter. Missed several areas when he put the prime coat on. I would use Chad anytime however I would request not to use the painter again.
They were very professional!
The Superior Flood Restoration team was very cooperative and sensitive to working around my health issues and became very protective of my health. They were courteous, professional, friendly and went out of their way to do everything they could to incorporate some of my requests.
very kind and good listeners initially .Made me want them to do all the work. Mark was especially knowledgeable,he was the first responder. "They got slammed with jobs" that weekend and so our experience seemed to get twisted somewhat. They were still very professional and very good at listening Our problem came as and interaction with secondary contractors progressed and the adjuster came to view the demo work. Disputes arose about the quality of the materials removed and what was to replace them. Pictures of the damage were not initially available according to the adjuster and only because of pictures we had taken previously were presented and a supervisor was called did we come to a compromise. Later when the additional work in another room was necessary due to the flood we were billed aprox.2 thousand dollars more than the work done. It took numerous calls to address this and get copies of the specific charges. This left me with an unhappy experience. Honestly nice well mannered people ,poor internal communications. thanks for asking
I would like to say that Ian Williamson and his crew was very professional in there workmanship.
Absolutely the worst experience with home repair and restorations EVER! Multiple other professionals have been to our home to finish and repair our house and they have all agreed that what was done and how it was handled was super unprofessional! I will be giving a negative review or more out elsewhere. Our insurance company will hopefully Never use them again either. I work with contractors etc all the time and Superior were just con men trying to tear our place up more to make more money! They tried to rip out 10's of thousands of dollars worth of perfectly good travertine after I had specially called & texted them not to. If I hadn't have been there they would have done it, the manager wasn't there (which is who I was communicating with) and there was a language barrier with me and the workers somewhat, but not with him, no excuse! They also tore out 75% more baseboard than they should have and threw it away! It should have been saved and reinstalled, it wasn't effected and it was special order and the new stuff was smaller and all of the hand painted and glazed walls had to be re-done because of this. The insurance company was good in some ways and not in others. Ugh, I could write a book, but they're not worth it, just NO!!! We all laughed when I told them Superior sent us a survey. They are Not superior!
