The salesperson / company president lied to me and didn't follow what was specifically in the contract. They have failed to call me back to resolve the issue.

I am always happy to support local businesses like Sunshine that provide great service. I would definitely recommend them for your home repairs and upgrades. Their prices were reasonable and their staff was extremely professional.
Communication - Cathy kept in touch with me about manufacturing delays related to COVID. Waiting sucked, but I'm happy we were able to get it done!
Areas Of Satisfaction - The first installation day was too windy to install the storm door and picture window. However, Cathy worked with the schedule to get the installation complete the following week.
Additional Comments - Overall, I am very pleased with my items and with the service provided by Sunshine. I look forward to delivery of my new screen door and other future business.

Sunshine did a great job with our siding replacement from sale to execution. Communication during the replacement was excellent. Issues/unknowns that arose were discussed and solved quickly by the team. Great work all around.

Overall Sunshine did a good job with our roof and gutters. It looks really good. There was some damage created from the removal of old shingles where the crew should have covered our exterior balconies and rear deck. One window screen was also damaged, but no offer to replace. I informed our Project Manager of the damages, but am still waiting on the repair of the balcony railing.
