SVSS was very efficient and responsive to all questions and concerns. They followed the timelines pretty well. The turn-on process dragged on but that was due to the utility company and not SVSS. I worked with Mark Greene and he was great about offering options for solar that fit our budget while still using quality products. He was open and honest about the energy credit loan and our responsibility to pay it off if we don't get the full tax credit for it come tax time. Overall, we are pleased with the company and would recommend it to anyone looking to add solar to their home.

Clear understanding of why SunPower products are superior to "others" on the market.Feeling good about the fact "SunPower" will stand behind the total system (panels & inverter etc.) if there is problems in the future. Seeing the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance of your system on your personal computer is reassuring.

Recognized Excellence - The installation crew was great. The "team leader" of the installation crew took time to explain all aspects of the system, and even asked for paint to touch-up the outside of the home, and paint the conduit leading from the panels to the inverter.He also walked me through the turn-on/off steps and had me number the steps (1 to 4) for future reference.
