Our basement flooded when we lost power for 5 days, and left us with a huge, stinky mess. Summit came and hauled out the trash and cleaned and dried it out. I haven't seen anyone work that hard for a long time. Also, they were very pleasant, and did a thorough job, while I recovered from the shock.

From start to finish the Summit restoration Manager Ryan kept us informed every step of the way with our project. He worked with us to pick out materials and helped with design elements!. He was always available to answer all our questions and the project was done on time!Summit is lucky to have Ryan he is a Customer Service Allstar!

Great quality of work. Great communication. Make sure you leave buffer in the schedule if you have to move out of your place. Be careful with the moving crew. Make sure that you ask for close supervision of the moving crew.
