Lead Source - My husband did a deep dive on the Internet and then went to the Better Business Bureau. He's really good at investigating the people we hire. He felt that they were the best choice. When we met with the salesperson, that made it final that we had made a good choice.

Areas Of Satisfaction - They were very flexible with us. When we had an unexpected health crisis, they worked with us and stayed in contact with us. They would call and check, not just to check on the job, but to check on us. It was just a very warm experience, despite having to spend all that money. We really appreciated the flexibility and them working with what our needs were at the time instead of being impatient or demanding with us, like they could have been. They were very flexible, understanding, and concerned. It was very nice and refreshing.

We were given the name of straight line exteriors from a friend who used to be in the home building business. And Anthony came out to discuss the project and give us a bid, he was knowledgeable professional and it didn’t feel like a pressured sales pitch. Of the four companies we met with their bid for James Hardie siding and soffit were well below their competitors. Their team maintained good communication throughout the process and their crew was great—efficient yet with attention to detail and always left the job site clean. Their foreman has been with them for quite some time which I think says a lot about StraightLine in an industry that doesn’t have high retention rates. Our home and shop were a big siding project but Anthony and the owner Scott were always responsive to our calls and texts and put us at ease. They were flexible and worked with us to come back out to finish trim when we had delays with door/window installs. I would highly recommend them for a job, our house looks 100 times better with new siding!

Straight Line Exteriors is very good at what they do. I had an overall outstanding experience.

I had bids from over 10 companies from national firms to local and and they were all quoting the same material and by far Straight Line was the most professional and had the best and most informative presentation and a fair price. I had more then one bid that was double the cost. The workmanship is excellent and I am so glad we picked them!

Overall, I am happy with strait line. They are good technicians but because of time constraints the job didn't go as well as it could have for me.

When we met with a company representative to discuss our project we were pleased with the professionalism and how quickly and thoroughly the bid was presented. The project began on time and the project manager kept us well informed about progress. The job site was kept clean and the work was completed very quickly. Our neighbors even commented on how fast and clean the project went. We were very happy with this experience.

From the moment I met Anthony, everything was so superior to any other contractors I had dealt with in the past or that had given me a bid. He brought back a detailed, typed bid from his car within just 20 minutes. That was so superior and with that alone I knew I wanted to work with them. Before finding them I had my mind set on another company but for the same work the Straight Line bid was $10,000 cheaper. I also loved that they were a local company and not a big chain. The subcontractors that came to do work were also all of equal quality and character.

They were fast, efficient and did an excellent job.

Straight Line Exteriors & Remodeling has sided 8 of our apartments buildings, and all of their work has been completed on time and the jobsite left clean. We look forward to working with them on the remaining 8 buildings next summer.
