I definitely would recommend Straight Line. A friend recommended them to me. I did my due diligence and had 4 contractors give me information and estimates. One did not ever give me an estimate. Of the other 3, 1 was quite a bit more expensive for the same job, 1 did not do a full estimate of the job so I couldn't really know what the cost would be and Straight Line was very thorough on the estimate and explained most things really well and the estimate was in the middle. I also got a senior discount. I did opt to pay for the extended warranty they offered on the roofing work and I got shingles with a really good warranty.

I will not be recommending them.

The estimate was detailed and easy to understand. The coordinators, site supervisors and team leaders were all top notch.

Removal and installation was professionally handled. Nightly cleanup done very nicely.

They were originally a good company; however, they were very disorganized and didn't communicate well. The salesman we were in touch with would say he would call us back, and go on vacation without informing anyone, delaying our sales experience. I had to hound them to keep the sales process going. This should have been my sign not to continue with this company. I'm very disappointed.

I TRUST them. They are all completely professional, reliable, very likable and do exactly what they say they're going to do and more.

The will to fight for the insurance to pay was very attractive, and ultimately the work seems fine, but I was told my roof couldn't be patched to appease the insurance company, when ultimately it DID happen before redoing the whole roof, but not until my insurance refused to renew and I was forced to go to another company, and pay more for new coverage. Could have continued the fight after patching so I didn't lose my coverage. There was

We have had problems with them meeting their appointments, coming on time, showing up, cancelling, and getting someone to go over the work. It took three weeks before we got someone there.

Straight Line is so easy to work with and even when our insurance took forever to issue supplemental check, they were patient.

No, I would not recommend Straight Line to friends or neighbors. The project took months to complete because they only showed up to work on it here and there, taking weeks off in between. The job was not completed right the first time. The resolution of the mistakes was questionable. Communication was courteous but not knowledgeable.

Straight line looked at the roof and gave a good estimate and a discount for my Father's military service. They did say that there might be things that they could not see at this point and we agreed to that as a possibility.

We always rrecommend Straightline to anyone needing a roof.
