The crew and workmanship was very professional. They were a very nice group of workers. They answered all of my questions. The job was completed as agreed.

Very professional from start to finish. Nice show room. Highly recommend. Job was done in very quick time frame 2.5 days total. Good suggestions (i.e. installing rain chains, sky light and gutter guards). Excellent financing option available.

I have used Straight Line for several projects and they were always 5 star ratings. On this one we still have some issues to be resolved and frankly I am amazed they haven't been taken care of immediately. They are usually Johnny on the spot, but nothing is as good as it was before we were impacted by Covid-19 so, I'm cutting them a little slack. They have gone from the best roofing company in the area too, well..........maybe. I have gone from in love to marginally dissapointed. I do think it could be great again when our issues are resolved.

I was very impressed with Straight Line Roofing from the initial sales visit to the project conclusion. The Sales Staff was explained the process and provided me with the project start date. The tear down crew and roofing crew showed up for work on time and completed the project as scheduled. At the end of each working site was cleaned up and debris free.

I will use them again. I have gone with them three times.

The team showed up to do the work much earlier than first anticipated as an opening in the schedule came up, which turned out to be fantastic as it preceded pending rains. The work was done faster than anticipated and they did a great job on post job clean up. I'd recommend in a heartbeat. I contacted 7 other companies with marginal response...Straight line was prompt in their response, site visit, estimate and work delivery.

Everyone at Straight Line did a great job from the original estimate to the final inspection- from the office staff who helped us finance the job to the removal crews that did a thorough job of cleaning up to the roofers that worked in scorching July heat conditions. The roof looks great! We would gladly use Straight Line again!
