Everybody was so helpful. It was a good experience and I would recommend them to anybody. They are very attentive.

Stop Restoration did a professional job and it was good.

Stop Restoration's service was very good. My only problem was that they left my furniture in the driveway and it was damaged. They did give me some money to compensate me. I was not happy with that part of the service. The cleaning and the job they were hired to do was done well.

They worked in a timely manner, they didn't leave messes or anything, and they were very courteous. They cleaned up after themselves, and what they said they were going to do for the day, they did. They didn't bother us outside of business hours, and it was very convenient.

The flood restoration project was completed in a timely manner. I was disappointed that it was not recommended that we get a hotel during the process, which left us with a destroyed kitchen, as well as several loud fans that were required to run 24 hours a day. This was a huge inconviencence for us over the Easter weekend. My biggest complaint about the company is that that the job was completed on a Sunday, with all equipment removed and paperwork signed. The following Monday morning our home was broken into and $16,000 in personal items were stolen. We have two neighbors who witnessed the S.T.O.P. truck parked in front of our home on that Monday morning between 8:30am - 9am. One witness was able to give the cops a detailed description of the driver. This company knew our routine, as their visits were scheduled around our work hours. When we called the manager to ask if he had a truck in our area on that day, he informed us he did not. We are convinced, due to witness information, that this company was scouting our home as they performed their restoration job, and returned to steal from our family. Still waiting for a very understaffed police department to follow up on the investigation and process the fingerprints taken.
