As new homeowners, we looked to hire the best in the business. We contacted Stewart Roofing and had them install our new roof in November 2019. Giving the roof a year and half to settle, we noticed major deficiencies. We hired a roofing inspector and the deficiencies were conformed. We contacted Stewart Roofing to notify them and provide them with the report. They showed up and agreed to redo the roof, entirely. Stewart Roofing did our roof in May of 2021. We hired the same inspector to inspect the roof. We noticed less but there were still deficiencies in the roof that could become major in a few years. The second installation was done in May of 2021. Overall, we are disappointed with the workmanship of Stewart Roofing. We gave them a chance to write a wrong. As new homewoners, starting a new family, we are disappointed. One example of a decision is an ice water shield was not installed around the flange.
