We really appreciated Ron, who was in charge of the work being done in our home. He and all of the folks with Steamatic were very courteous and professional.

We had a flooded home due to a broken water pipe. We were away for the summer so everything molded. Our oak parquet floor was destroyed as well as carpet and many other home items. Steamatic removed all molded or destroyed items and cleaned and stored the savable items until we had made repairs and were ready to take them back. Steamatic was great.
The service was excellent and I am very pleased with the results.
They need to change some of their procedures regarding the way that they do things, such as their record keeping and what they say they are going to do. They were supposed to take pictures at my house, and they did not. That is pretty messed up.
I think they stand by with what they say.

The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
