It was the worst experience of my life.

They were very efficient, but left me with a lot of trash and debris. My doors weren't locked when they left to get equipment. They came out and did what they had to do, I guess. I was never there. The clean-up wasn't 100%, and they left me with a lot to clean up after they left.

You need to stay on to of the situation, you need to ask questions, and question them on everything they do.

My job was subcontracted to someone named Guy L. he's a plumber and a vulture. I am still in debt to this guy for some shoddy work. I was guaranteed a paint match yet there is a complete section of my home where you can clearly see the difference in color. There are also areas all over that were protected by tape and were never touched up so you can see the old paint color clearly. I still have a leak and neither start2finish nor this subcontractor is willing to accept responsibility for the job not being done properly. I signed the COS because Guy kept complaining that he needed his money from the insurance company. I let him know in no uncertain terms that I would sign but that I needed the work done. As of this day, the work isn't done.
