Anything that needed to be fixed, they have fixed it before we got in and our closing. I am very happy with them. They are still in the property because they are still building homes. If I need anything, I can call them any time and they help me. I am very happy with them!

The quality of Starlight Homes is pretty good, but I'm disappointed in how some items of the house were not up to par. The paint quality was kind of poor and some of the doors were not screwed in properly. It was annoying to have to fix that. Overall, the house was nice, and the people were cool.

They are very efficient and great to work with. The building side of things was amazing; they kept up their part. The mortgage part was a hassle in regard to keeping you updated on things.

Starlight homes are good homes as far as I can tell and they are affordable. The sales representative was a little pushy and was incorrectly saying I could afford a home at what I was making. This wouldn't be a big problem if he didn't have me put down a deposit which forced me to have my brother into the loan with me. I believe the mortgage company would've let me walked if I wanted to with my deposit but at the moment it was scary and it didn't make me feel good.

I would recommend Starlight Homes, because it is a nice community but I definitely will say some of sales people can leave out some important information when selling the properties. So ask as many questions as possible
