We were just notified that the inspection was not included, and it's what we have paid for through our home mortgage. And a lot of things were left undone, because we chose to get a third party inspection. We found out about a week ago that our house did not pass the inspection like we were told it would, so an inspection was not conducted on our home and we were told it was by our housing manager. It's kind of disappointing but, it is what it is.

The staff has been very helpful , knowledgeable and responsive whenever needed.

The construction manager Aaron Rubio went above and beyond to ensure that our home was move in ready and has reached out on multiple occasions to verify that we didn’t have any problems with the home or neighborhood.
