From the time you walk in the door to see a home - until you move in- they are there for you!

Simple, stress free home purchasing. Staff was very friendly and personable.

Yes the home is beautiful. The $0 down payment was the best thing that could be offered. But in the largest model 5 bedroom home with his and hers closet in the master. There is only one sink/face basin. That is cheap and a poor design. Also please avoid putting carpet at the entrance of the house. Kitchen cabinets are short and cheap that gives the house a cheap look.

I like the neighborhood and what is becoming I like the homes the size of the homes that is offered and the incentives at the time we purchase our home was very very good for us very pleased and very thankful!

We were never confused or lost in this process which was an amazing plus for being a first-time buyer.

The homes are poor quality made and put too close so the most amount of money can be made on low cost

Everyone we worked with was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We love our house, especially how spacious it is and how big our backyard is.

Had 2 dishwashers. Neither one works. A/C system way too loud. Light switches in awkward places. Garage too Barry for 2 vehicles.

I liked the amount of space you got for the money and working with the lenders and the construction manager was pleasant and I would recommend my friends and family to take a serious look at Starlite homes, especially if they are first time homebuyers

It was a fast simple process. Megan was very attentive and helpful, Nicole at the mortgage company was also very informative and helpful and Kelly was thorough and helpful.

Everything from beginning to end was so easy, completely pressure free, no stress. The sales reps were not “salesy” and never came off as scammy or dishonest, not pushy at all. Everyone from the sales reps to the construction manager to the lender were friendly and made everything simple and easy to understand.

No garage door opener? Who ever heard of that. No medicine cabinets in bathroom.

Everything went well at the time of construction. The issue has been that we cannot get internet because the wiring was not installed. Rick has been trying to help us. He has been professional and helpful but we are still waiting.

From start to finish, there was assistance and explanation of everything.

Area is great, home is decent, but definitely cheap. The service is quite literally horrible.

Home did not even come with simple things like towel racks, blinds or garage door opener

The customer service and quality of the home is great. After our walk through, there were a few small things that needed to be fixed. They fixed each detail, and the house was perfect when we did our final inspection.

The response to the issues I'm having with the home I just purchased are not being adequately addressed.
