Yes the home is beautiful. The $0 down payment was the best thing that could be offered. But in the largest model 5 bedroom home with his and hers closet in the master. There is only one sink/face basin. That is cheap and a poor design. Also please avoid putting carpet at the entrance of the house. Kitchen cabinets are short and cheap that gives the house a cheap look.

Everyone from the sales reps to the construction manager to the lender were friendly and made everything simple and easy to understand.

No garage door opener? Who ever heard of that. No medicine cabinets in bathroom.
