The home buying process felt simple and easy to understand

Josh at Vasek Crossing and Dylan at Vasek Crossing are two of the best workers that I have encountered since my home buying experience.

The work was delayed. There are a few imperfections. We still like the house, though.

Very easy to work with and was satisfied after completing business.

I was sold a home that had a broken ac unit. I was assured during closing that the AC was fixed, but that was a lie. It took nearly a month to finally get it fixed while it ran non stop. This caused my electricity bill to skyrocket during the first month.

This builder was always rude and inconsiderate considering I am paying them almost 300K for a house.

Construction quality…gaps in back door leading to outside, primary bathroom door does not latch, laundry room door will not stay open, closes automatically

The quality of the home is not as great as other builders. Too much carpet, finishes are not as nice, there is no stair attic access, small things keep adding up.

I would recommend Starlight Homes to anyone who is looking for an affordable home with a small community family oriented. I like that it is not going to be overcrowded and I am not very far from major shopping between 15 to 20 minutes. there is however local stores between 5 to 7 minutes away. It would be exceptional if there was a biking trail I enjoy the process of buying a home here

New construction, good interest rate, helped us out on the down payment

From the moment i first visited Williams Landing, i knew i knew i was in good hands with Starlight Homes. Noah Hopp and his team were absolutely incredible throughout the entire home buying process. Noah's expertise and approachable demeanor made every step clear and stress-free. He was always quick to respond to my questions, and as a first time home buyer, I had a million. There were several issues during the process, none of which had anything to do with Starlight, that made me feel like my dream of home ownership would never become a reality. Noah had my back from day one, and was my biggest advocate. My dream did come true, and i am so grateful to Noah and the Williams Landing team for helping me find my perfect home! 5 stars just aren’t enough for this amazing group of people. I love this neighborhood and Im pleased with my home. I have great neighborhood and I would recommend them to anyone.

The neighborhood has a unique layout compared to most new build communities. The houses are not as cookie cutter as many communities either. Having amenities that will be maintained is a bonus. The trees surrounding the neighborhood and even throughout the neighborhood are a nice feature. We are extremely satisfied with the property’s lot and home size for the total price.

For a starter home, the value and quality for said value is close to expectations. We are so far happy with the home and have experienced minimal issues at the time of writing this review. Michael the construction manger is fantastic and is on top of any warranty claims. Would recommend to first time home buyers looking for a starter home.

Our home is beautiful but the cosmetic stuff definitely disappointed. We did a blue tape walk and half the stuff was ignored. They told us to put in a warranty ticket when we did a final walk through did. Seemed like it was very rushed.

Haley was our representative; she was open and honest, and very friendly. From start to finish, she was very transparent.

The construction team were doing their part in ensuring the quality of the sale.
Up until after we signed for closing and came back across town for the keys the AC in the unit was still inoperable and the final walk included MANY unaddressed items with scuff/ unpainted and careless finishes to the product.
There are still hand prints on my fence from contractors/ overspray on outdoor windows/ trim unpainted and various other items the construction team left unaddressed after marking with painters tape and stating they would fix.

The process with Starlight was smooth, sales and construction manager were very knowledgeable and responsive.

The bathroom has no towel racks. This house was built to the bare minimum. The guest bath has no cabinet. One light in the bathroom and not one over the shower. The stove hood vents into the microwave.

The house is good. I really appreciate the walk-through they did with me. They took time to explain to me things and take me around the home.

We love the house and the team. Everything was provided to us. The only thing we didn't like was when we got the house, there was a gas leak, and we were told it was going to go away. They came in and tied up the gas connection to the stuff. We were in the house for almost a month with a gas leak. I don't think anyone should be given keys to a house if they aren't really sure if there's a leak or not. My husband and I had to go to the doctors due to it. They did cover the plumber, but I think that's very dangerous.

Let homeowners pick out some amenities in their home. Garage not painted. Screen door not included on back door. Sod in backyard AND FRONT YARD is AWFUL !!!!

The warranty work that needs to be done is not done, nor saying what is the delay reason

I believe they should have better house selections. There are two other houses within the neighborhood with the exact selection as mine.

The house was not properly ready for move in as promised on the first specified closing date. The contractors cut the water line and our grass is not leveled like all the other new built vacant houses that surrounds us. Leak under kitchen was supposed to be fixed at time of closing but 2 weeks in the home it began leaking.
Stoppers in the guest bathroom were not placed properly inside. Also, our grass still has concrete in it.

Yes and no

The master bedroom bathroom has only a shower, no bathtub. The shower head is not mobile, does not move . No faucet , only the immobile shower head. Very inconvenient. I will most likely have to pay someone to come out & at least create a faucet in my shower when I need to run water. Also my stove stops working when I turn on the oven & the portal that they require you to use is not accessible. It’s a bad joke, other than those two things I like the house.

Overall house construction is average not the best in order to recommend

Whoever is buying a house is going to look in the area they want to live in. Nobody is going to buy a house that is made by a specific company. They are going to look for a house in the area they want to live in.

The one issue I have and still have up to this date My blue tapes are still in my house and the things I pointed out in the last walk through was not attended to. My address is 8547 Ora meadows drive Richmond Texas 77469. I will appreciate if they can come around and fix it all. Aside from it every other thing is perfect

It is not an issue of the people selling the home, it is the builder and subcontractors.
