This is the 2nd time that we have purchased from Stanek, as windows are expensive we are buying in stages. The 1st purchase was great, This 2nd purchase was challenging as 2 screens needed to be replaced and a frame fixed. These corrections took several months. We were understanding of the delay in getting the parts but the company did not communicate as expected, due to staff changes. We are not sure if we will use Stanek again for our next purchase.

Great installers who paid attention to details & cleaned up as they went along. Very courteous, explained any questions. Just a very nice 3 days. I’d recommend this crew very highly! Steve, Dave & Shane. A-1.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND STANEK TO A FRIEND OR A NEIGHBOR

Only 2 of my 3 windows were ready when they showed up in December. Whatever lie they gave to placate me, advised would be January before they could install. Which tells me they either used my window for someone take, or never had it made. But it certainly went he just brought the wrong window. When I expressed concern for January, I was advised it would be fine, they tent so weather won’t be a problem. Rescheduled twice more due to weather. Too cold, too windy. I got yo the point where all I would answer is “whatever”. I have 5 more windows and a sliding glass door I need to do, Pella was thrilled to hear of my experience.

Quality product from ProVia and Stanek gets a 10, however GreatDay Improvements gets a 1! It should not take FOUR MONTHS to get two simple solid steel entry doors replaced! October 7, 2025 until February 2, 2026!

Not very good communication and extremely hard to get a straight answer out of anyone.

There are still two pieces of trim that need to be fixed/repaired, and it appears that the wire to an electrical outlet was cut during installation.

BEWARE! There is NO Lifetime Limited Warranty.
In 2020 we purchased and had 24 Stanek Windows installed. The vinyl sash on each side of 1 window of a 3 window set split apart completely above the weld. This window just completely failed. Stanek would not honor their Lifetime Limited Warranty policy. They said it was an act of god. We were also informed that since they do not manufacture that window any longer that we needed to purchase not 1 but all 3 windows. Stanek said that we needed to call our insurance company and file a claim. So filing a claim with our home owners insurance company is how Stanek honors their warranty for replacement window(s).

The staff and product did not disappoint.

Communication was horrible! My door was originally ordered wrong, wasnt told about it, charged. Then when I finally got ahold of someone they had no idea about my door. Got a hold of the regional manager after 5 months, who then promised me a discount on my door for all the trouble. Once my door was installed -- with 2 inches of my header removed -- the company went dark again. Charged me full price. Now my door is hard to open and im guessing it has something to do with the install.

We have a referred Stanek windows to our neighbor.
