Not very good communication and extremely hard to get a straight answer out of anyone.

There are still two pieces of trim that need to be fixed/repaired, and it appears that the wire to an electrical outlet was cut during installation.

BEWARE! There is NO Lifetime Limited Warranty.
In 2020 we purchased and had 24 Stanek Windows installed. The vinyl sash on each side of 1 window of a 3 window set split apart completely above the weld. This window just completely failed. Stanek would not honor their Lifetime Limited Warranty policy. They said it was an act of god. We were also informed that since they do not manufacture that window any longer that we needed to purchase not 1 but all 3 windows. Stanek said that we needed to call our insurance company and file a claim. So filing a claim with our home owners insurance company is how Stanek honors their warranty for replacement window(s).

The staff and product did not disappoint.

Communication was horrible! My door was originally ordered wrong, wasnt told about it, charged. Then when I finally got ahold of someone they had no idea about my door. Got a hold of the regional manager after 5 months, who then promised me a discount on my door for all the trouble. Once my door was installed -- with 2 inches of my header removed -- the company went dark again. Charged me full price. Now my door is hard to open and im guessing it has something to do with the install.

We have a referred Stanek windows to our neighbor.

Everything was great from start to finish.

There were nails and aluminum scraps left on our deck after completion of the windows install

The windows are really good quality. The installers were marvelous. They cleaned up actually more than the areas that got dirty. They were fast, professional, and very polite and respectful.

Stanek was here when they said they would be, got right to work and left the premises as they found them.

Terrible customer service.

Full payment was taken from my bank account with no notification and N0 consent from me. Plus, the job has NOT been completed! I am still owed Two Basement Windows!! Very disappointed and unhappy with this company. Please fix this error!!

I can’t fit everything in this spot, need a bigger area to write. The MKE office is aware of my complaints. Not getting a great response from them right now. Feeling ignored. Tom the service guy has been great.

Product: good, installers: good, office staff: not good, can’t communicate properly

The salesman was very nice to work with. The installers did a great job with a difficult installation and cleaned up very well
