We are halfway through our renovation project with St. Pierre and could not be happier with the clear communication, expectation setting and frequent updates. From the jump, Greg, Jeff, Kyle and Amanda hace been terrific to work with. Being a remote build for us, we wanted to feel comfortable in whoever we chose would keep us informed along the way. STP uses a software that allowed us to stay on track, give detailed pictures of weekly work progress and generally felt very good about the project the entire way through. Kyle was our project manager and went above and beyond throughout the nearly 8 month project. He was on task and was really great to work with. Jeff was also great to work with and made us feel as important as any other project STP was also working on. Although STP has much bigger projects than ours, it was the biggest of our lives together and they knew that. The final product turned out perfectly and we are so happy in our forever home.

I can't say enough about our whole experience with St. Pierre Construction- from start to finish, they were transparent, organized and knowledgeable. They were ahead of schedule, gave us biweekly updates, kept us on track and stayed ahead of any delays that might pop up.

They treated us with respect and professionalism, and I strongly recommend them. Their prices were quite fair.

I am happy to report that our renovations with St Pierre were hassle free, on schedule and on budget. We made several adjustments through out the project and their response was always, "let us see how to make that work". Most importantly they were very responsive. Greg, Jeff, Brian and the rest of the ST. P team are fantastic and we highly recommend them. Actually we have been doing so for many months and they are getting booked up because their quality and customer service are outstanding. Get on their calendar soon while you still can.

Respectful - The prep and the furniture, floor and wall protection was grade A through the whole process. On one occasion the workers started sanding in the kitchen and had not zipped up the room. It texted Jeff and Greg to alert and they were literally at our house in 5 minutes getting it taken care of and offered to have a cleaning crew come and dust before end of job.

Communication

Communication - We aren't on SI full time so Jeff sent progress pictures every two weeks or if we wanted to see something specifically on request.

Quality Of Workmanship

Quality Of Workmanship - The tedious job of preparation was done meticulously. It took a long time to do and I underestimated the amount of prep that goes into sanding and painting and renovation....but gotta say, the final project is beyond beautiful.

Greg St. Pierre and his team have been fantastic throughout this entire project. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is unparalleled. He collaborated extremely well with not only us but also with the architect, the designer and others on the team. I would build another house with Greg in a heartbeat!
