My family was going through a very difficult time with a change in my sister's health and mobility. Spaulding Decon made the process of cleaning and organizing her home very easy, from scheduling to execution. The team was thorough, prepared, and flexible. They worked very hard to execute the job on time, took all items to donate, and discard away. They were thoughtful and patient through this difficult process. The work completed has enabled my sister to navigate safely around her home which has been a huge relief for the family.

Spaulding Decon - Austin worked with us and our needs every step of the way. They went way above and beyond anything that we expected.

Spaulding Decon - Austin's manager, Steven, was very nice when I was making the reservation. He came out to help with the job. I paid almost $3,000 for this. They sent out people who just wanted to throw things away. They did not want to clean at all. Two of the people they sent out were hardly doing anything. They were just walking around with their heads in the clouds. They sent 5 people. They were there from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. The owner, Rome, is very rude. She was calling me rude. I caught them outside talking. I had to go outside. The manager, Steven, and one of the girls were talking to a guy from a different job. I am paying by the minute. It is an unprofessional job. You don't hire college students or slow people to do your job. I had to call another company to finish the job they did not do.
