Keep have been waiting for the follow up call from hris the generator specialist. H2 months sago he was going to get softwares needed to download into our.new generator we bought from them
They needed to be chased all the time. They do not follow up at all.
Feels he was overcharged overall issue worker came over trouble-shooted issue for 15 minutes charged over $ 300 for 30 minutes of work, then tried to charge him for investigative fee $ 80 . Technician tried to charge me for both fees, also tried to sell me on maintenance plan.
It was good customer service all around.

The guy was courteous and the job went well, but I think he created extra steps that ended up costing me more than I originally thought. There was a blockage and he replaced the pipe which didn't solve the problem. He came back a second time and was able to unclog it.
They did not tell us correctly when they estimated the completion of the work. There were several mistakes with the wording and process that caused a lot of delays. As of now the work still does not have a final inspection date even though it has been over 6 months since the beginning of the prjoect.
The job was worse after taking the surround panel down from the tub

The electrician was asked to check an outlet for a burning smell. He did that and cleaned out some dust in the outlet. He did not perform any work but the company instructed him to charge me an additional $99 on top of the $39 service fee.
I simply wanted a min-split A/C system installed for my Florida room which is 288 square feet. The representative comes out and quotes me over $5,000. I just had the job completed for $550. They did a professional installation and it works great.

I asked for them to come by and look at some work I needed to be done. I never received a follow-up regarding that call. It involved a heat pump attached to my pool pump and I never got any further than them saying they'd be in touch.

Do not go to Southern Coast Services. They have no idea what they are doing. They sold me something that was not what I asked for. They had this man come that was very intimidating and weird and sold me the completely wrong thing for an outrageous price. I was so desperate that I just bought it, not knowing until I investigated everything later.
I would recommend Southern Coast Services to anyone and give them the highest ratings as they were excellent.
The communication is fragmented to many people involved.
There was an offer on the website that said they'd snake your drain or your money back. The technician said that the pipe was all rusted out and the snake was hitting rocks under the foundation. I told my landlord what happened, and they sent out another technician. They successfully snaked the drain, very quickly, then told me the other guy did not know what they were doing. I was charged by my landlord for the plumber they sent out, so I called SCS to get a refund for the work they did, since they did not honor their guarantee, and they said they would have to call me back. I haven't heard from them yet.
Johnny Goodman was excellent and very professional. He knew exactly what to do, and he was a gentleman.

The serviceman said he'd bring back any given time after the holiday time. I am expecting them to be delivered to me.
The company came out and gave a quote and then didn't honor the quote. The "repaired" unit only lasted an hour and then went out again. The company said it wasn't repairable and tried to say I needed a new unit, but I called a different company who was able to come in and fix it. When I asked for a refund, the owner refused.
You can rate it all good. It was fine.
