I think the work quality they did was good. The communication for someone who hasn't been through this was very complex. I didn't always find the process straight forward. The person I worked with didn't lead me through it properly. That person wasn't working for SOS Rescue Restoration six months after I left. They contacted me multiple times regarding no less than $6000.00 out of pocket. It took three years to resolve. It was not an enjoyable experience. Furthermore, it would have been nice if my contact had been better leading me through the process. If the bookkeeping was better, I wouldn't have had to worry about an additional $6000.00 on top of the insurance cost.

Our entire insurance claim has been messed up due to the inability of some of the SOS Employees. The person who came to provide a quote seemed to have his stuff together, then he was fired, then the estimate we got was incorrect, and then we had scheduling and payment issues. Now, I still have work that should be done by SOS that they have yet to finish. The two guys who did the demo work were fantastic, very personable, clean and organized. Dealing with the company was a horrible experience otherwise.

SOS were in contact with me right away and set up an appointment to come and deal with my water problems. Everyone I worked with were nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable.

I am not likely to recommend SOS Rescue Restoration to a friend. My comments will be given at the end.
