The overall workmanship was good. They worked quickly to install a new roof before the rain in the afternoon. My only complaint was around some of the communication. A dump trailer was left with no real communication as to when it would be picked up. We shut the gate to allow our dog to go out that evening, and without notice, someone opened our gate to retrieve the trailer. Our dog promptly escaped the yard. I understand the trailer had to be retrieved, but a heads-up would have been appreciated. Also, some of our flowers were damaged from the roof removal. A little more care not to damage them would have been appreciated.

Our roof was leaking when getting quotes. When other roofers came they pointed out where and why it was leaking. When Ricky Stanley came and quoted it. He asked if it would be okay with me to caulk the nail holes (at no charge and before having any idea of choosing him to do the job) that were leaking to stop the leaking until roof was replaced. This was also nice because we were receiving a lot of rain at the time and this help prevent any further damage. To me that showed a company that would go above and beyond.

They did not complete the job. They failed to call me back when I had a leak, nor did they finish cleaning up the debris.

I was pleased with the exterior work done. This would be ranked higher, but I didn't receive any communication back on the 2nd indoor job I asked to be quoted. This may be out of scope for this business, but didn't receive any answer back in response to emails or messages left with the office in December.
