Accountability: In our industry, sometimes things can go wrong, despite the best efforts and intentions of those involved. Areas Of Satisfaction - Very strong communication on the process of the project. Delays in getting the insurance claim processed, due to the vast number of active claims, were handled and we worked to get thing resolved quickly.
