We had a misunderstanding that got worked out. They didn't do some work I thought would be done. I got them to agree to do it, but it cost me $500 extra, and I am already $28,000 in on it. The quality of the work was a 5-star rating, but there was just a small misunderstanding with what was to be done.

I will recommend Siding & Windows to everyone I know with a upcoming project. We couldn't be more pleased.

I have already told some people about this great company. For all exterior work as well as windows, doors, siding. They built my roof extensions just perfectly. I am so glad I called Angelo Liosatos because I wasn’t sure they could build my architect designed roof extensions and re-roof my entire roof. They could and they did a fantastic job. Their proposal was the most complete and professional of the estimates that I sought from exterior contractors. I would definitely use these guys again and if anyone living in greater Chicagoland asks me, these are who I would tell them to call.

The entire experience with the Siding & Windows Group was a pleasant one. From the beginning design phase to the end of the project everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. The computer elevation renderings were a great help in visualizing what the house would look like. When it was completed it turned out even better looking than we had hoped. None of the details were overlooked and several suggestions for small beneficial changes were made as the project developed. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your siding project.

I think it's a good company. They did a good job. The only problem is it took longer for them to come and do the work than they first thought. They said it would be 8 weeks, but it was 6 months. They did a good job. I understand they are busy. They did come and do it, it just took a little longer. I was completely satisfied with the workmanship. I am happy with everything. They were kind, polite, neat, and cleaned up after themselves.

Angelo did a wonderful job of explaining the Marvin windows to us and helping us through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and advised us which windows would best fit our needs. We were extremely pleased with the installers & quality of their install.

All was good until the installation. The brand new $3600 Marvin patio door was installed in such a way that the lock was so stiff that I had to jump on to lock it and was told that that is normal.... I had to be persistent to get that to be fixed. I am thankful that it did get fixed but did not appreciate the stonewalling.

I would recommend for the end result in the siding job, however it would come with a warning regarding timeline, communication lapses and to not expect a clean up.

Overall I am quite pleased with my project results. The salesperson was quite responsive to my questions and the installation crew were cooperative and skilled. I had some added work that needed done and felt the firm was quite fair with the change order cost. Very reputable company in my mind.
