Used Side-Pro for a nearly full siding replacement of a commercial building. Very much appreciate the thoroughness of the walk through during the estimate, which included design and material suggestions to modernize the façade. Never felt I was being upsold as Russell gave several suggestion on how to be cost-effective in the project. I received an extremely detailed quote with line item breakdowns and photos. The actual work was done with care and with good communication. End result was a visually-refreshed building. I am so confident in their work, I've already engaged them to handle a separate roof issue at the same building and some work at my personal home.

I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and quality of the work performed by Side Pros as it greatly exceededmy expectations. The work crew, the project manager, and the office staff were all excellent. For the average homeowner this is an outfit that is trustworthy, and for me, that was huge. They installed siding and replacement windows, and we plan on having them paint our house in the Spring of '23. They are THAT GOOD!

The staff were on time each day, were careful with work and cleaned all debris up each day. We had the house resided, removed old asbestos shingles using major care and protections and the crew did exemplary work. There were delays to get the house painted due to the very wet spring. Communication on date estimates for painting the house was not as good likely due to the number of houses that were delayed by the weather.

All of the team members did a great job, but he was exceptional. In a year full of construction, he was our two year olds favorite 'worker guy'.

This was a 120-year-old building. It was a two-stories and 35-feet high. It was an exmerly difficult job. Side Pro did an excellent job all around. I had spoken with others, including one company that bailed. Another company gave me a ridiculously high quote and laughed when I went with Side Pro. I am very satisfied and would use them again in heartbeat.

Side Pro has done several siding jobs for me. Another job is coming up. I am very satisfied with their work and professionalism. They are prompt in answering questions and returning calls to me.

Contracted them to replace siding of the house with factory painted Hardie planks. At the end of the project (3 months from date of order) they said they have no some prepainted panels and installed unpainted ones and painted them. The paint did not match the color of other prepainted panels so the house looks pretty ugly. They could have said this before the project start instead of at the last day of the project so I could probably go with someone else. Pretty inconsistent quality of work through the project and not really professional communication.

They were fantastic. I loved working with Russ and all of the crew. They did roof, siding, and deck. They also painted. They felt like family. I kind of hated to see the job done because I liked the guys. They were professional and customer-focused. Russ went above and beyond. I know we had some issues with the city and Russ was tenacious in seeing it thru. Moe did an awesome job on the painting. I appreciated his personal touch. I appreciate that level of detail and customer service.
