The job was completed to sanctification. The first professionals that fixed the underlying problem could only understand or speak a few words of English. The second professional could not speak English at all. I understand the need to keep costs down, but these kind of companies are sacrificing on quality. Its very sad.

The reality of having black water damage in the house was devastating. I never thought it was ever going to be restored as new, and they not only did it but surpassed my expectations. Sam, who did the work, was an outstanding master craftsman. He was polite, respectful, and most importantly competent.
We were greatly disappointed in the experience level of our sales person. With a flood, a set contract is not set up, up front. Our sales person would take notes at our meeting and then loose his notes. The flooring company used did not provide us with enough samples, and was 45 minutes away from our home.
I don't know how I would have gotten through this experience without the help of Showcase Home Improvements, Inc. I was going through a divorce during the time that I had the leak going throughout 5 levels of my home and it was very difficult to deal with the insurance company because my husband has listed me as an occupant of my home and not an owner. I guess I'm trying to say they weren't just a company that I dealt with who simply does what they say they're going to do. They were kind, caring, supportive, and loving; despite the circumstances of my situation. Ken and Delores of Showcase did everything they could possibly do to help me with the move forward and supported me emotionally while five levels of my home were damaged. The people at Showcase have a heart because they didn't know me from any other client. They treat everyone with respect and I can't tell you how much that meant to me as a single woman. If they were like that with me then it wouldn't have mattered who the client was; that's just the type of people they are. Showcase Home Improvements, Inc weren't just a contractor. They went above and beyond and supported me step-by-step through the whole process when I was confused or didn't know what to do or how to deal with the insurance company. Ken and Delores let me know who they are as human beings and were very supportive and, again, it went beyond just owning the company. You feel like you're a part of their family. I was very grateful. The installation crew was on time and I completely trusted everything that they did and, personally, I don't know the first thing about roofing. Showcase is an amazing company and anyone who gets the chance to work with them should consider themselves lucky.

.The crew was exactly on tine each day of the project. The work area was thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day of the project. All work was done perfectly. I am totally pleased with every aspect of the project!!!
This is actually the third time that we have used Showcase Home Improvements and I am I am very pleased with them. We had a couple of glitches in the repair, but they absolutely solved the problem and that is why we did chose to work with them again.
