Chad was my point of contact, and he went above and beyond. It was an insurance deal. The first guy that came to do the estimate, I feel like he hated life. This wasn't on Sharp Solutions, but he estimated less than the amount of my deductible for the repairs. He said we could probably get half the roof paid for. I told Chad about it, and he said to get another estimate. They sent someone else out and got me an entire roof.

I was well satisfied with the entire operation. It was one day of inconvenience. That is pretty awesome for putting on three squares of shingles and replacing some of the decking. I felt like the staff knew what they were doing, and I got a good roof.

I am very satisfied with the roof.
