The only issue I would say with Servepro is the communication with the billing. I would have to get in contact with someone. Then they would have to get in contact with someone else. No one really knew what was going on with the billing part.

All the workers were very capable and polite
I was displeased with the lack of communication with the head contractor and the level of service from the subcontractors in having them come back out multiple times to complete the project properly.
Their staff were very considerate and professional. They did a superb job!
Servpro did exactly what they said they wood do and they did it in a timely manner.
Customer service at the call center and the local office where jobs are administered needs better coordination. Since a couple of different groups under ServPro Tacoma were engaged, monitoring their portions of the work, insurance reimbursements, subcontractors and direct payments was hard to keep track of.
They were very kind and easy to work with. The team recognized the impact this has on the homeowner and really approached it with understanding, patience, and walked me through each step

Area Of Satisfaction - I was satisfied with Jason and Burgus. They were caring, professional, and responsive.
I appreciated the way Servpro took their time and responded to all of my needs and request. They amazed us. We needed the work done by August 1 but originally wasn't supposed to even start the job until August. But after we spoke with Servpro about the importance of the work being completed by that date they came in and got it done by July 31. We were truly amazed.
Additional Comments - All of the people that we talked to were really great at what they did. All of the people that did the work cleaned up after themselves like it was their own home.
Reggie and his guys were efficient, and took care of my flooding quickly. I appreciate that they cleaned up everything, hauled away the damaged carpet and sheetrock, and baseboards and made it easier for the contractor to start the repairs.
The work that needed to be done ran into some interesting stumbling blocks that ServePro had no control over. They were handled perfectly. One stumbling block was that the flooring was found to be a defective batch. It was recognized immediately and corrected quickly. Also weather. We had an unusual amount of snow during the repair. I told them to not even try to come to the house until it was safe. I did not want anyone to get hurt bringing materials into the house while walking on slippery ground. Once the weather cleared they resumed as if they had never left. Communication was always good. We were kept informed of every step.
Servpro was professional and friendly, and we had a highly positive experience with them. I would absolutely recommend using Servpro!
