They did a good job and were very thorough. I was pleased with everyone they sent. I wasn't fond of the company they used to do the cleaning of the clothes.
We don't have any idea of how their operation works. There is very poor communication between management and the hirer. We've been losing $1,300 a month on rent while they are making decisions that shouldn't take long to make. Understand the process before you agree with anything.
They perform as advertised...in our case it was removal of water damaged materials in our home....everything was surgically removed, structure left behind was dried completely, and the damaged areas were left completely clean and ready for contractor repair....no a spec of dust remained....it was truly amazing how efficient, clean and through they are....
They were very professional and courteous. I was concerned about my grandfather's items (footstool and some other items) that were packed in some boxes were missing. The employee (Chad or Brad) went above and beyond to find them for me.
Make sure that you get an idea of the timeframe and what exactly is going to happen before they start. They need better communication from their end about what is going to happen, how it is going to happen, and when it is going happen.
The employees were fabulous, I trusted them in my home and during the remediation. However, items like toe kicks to all my cabinets were thrown away even though there was no damage and my countertop was completely left detached from the wall even though I was told it was not moved or removed. I now can not find anyone to fix the counter because we don't know what was done to it. It is not level and a huge gapping area where it does not touch the wall. How do I find out what was done and how to fix it? Please let me know

A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
