Randy, the general contractor was new, and he did a phenomal job. They are very professional, very polite. I cannot say enough about them. ServPro had to come behind another company and clean up their mess.
Left a mess when they finished the work. Sinks were littered with insulation and sheet rock debris. Took four calls and 2 weeks to come back and rectify the situation.
The responded quickly to get the water out of my home - explained everything in detail and worked with my home owners insurance to make sure everything was covered. Everyone we dealt with were extremely nice and professional.
They tend to do as they please, not as you agreed upon.
