They were professional, and I think they did a job well done. When it came to the end of dealing with the insurance and sending the pictures, it took them a long time to do that. That held things up.

They only do half the job. "like it never happened" isn't true. They just come in and rip everything up. Also they left nails sticking out of the floor for me to step on and trip over. They also used my broom and dust pan to clean up and left tar all over both.
