This company is not communicative with their customers or the testing facilities they use. They left dangerous carpet tacks instead of removing them from our family home. Our claim is still up in the air when Servpro could do their part and communicate with the insurance company about Categorizing the water that flooded our home (came through the soil under the house and also puddled outside and came in the house in a different spot to flood the basement after a water pipe under the house broke. The water was also addressed days after it first entered the house). With multiple calls and emails they would not communicate with me or make a decision about the water. They said it was entirely up to the insurance, even though the insurance company was not on the scene and other water restoration companies make that call. They charged me a deductible even though that is supposed to go entirely through my insurance (who also charged the deductible). I got a bill from the facility that Servpro used to test for lead/asbestos after Servpro already charged me. They also left a huge water container on my front porch that they use at multiple jobs to store contaminated water. What a mess in my home and working with this company.
