I was extremely impressed and extremely happy that there was a company that does what they say will do when they say they will do it. They did an excellent job in my home and were very courteous to my wife when I was not there. I have recommended them and I would recommend them. Great company
Servpro was unprofessional, unresponsive & unreliable. I would never recommend that any homeowner let this company into their home. Not only was Servpro unprepared/uneducated to do the job but they also refused to deal with their negligence; which caused undo stress, & cost money/time to both myself and my family. The owner was completely non-responsive even after numerous requests to speak to them.
They damaged a few things in my house and never came back to fix them.
If you use this company take your own pictures of your items.
