My insurance called Sevpro to come in and clean and store some of my personal property after a fire in my home. When I called to have the items returned, I was informed that ALL of my property had been destroyed due to flooding in their facility and they did not know it. I was devastated. The few items I had hope to save from the fire (photo albums, family heirlooms) were ALL DESTROYED!

I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of work it took to clear this serious water damaged I had. But most importantly, not one of the representatives was ever in any way rude or had lack of patience because I had MANY questions and concerns. Thank you for excellence!

Overall Servpro is a pretty good company. They came out and had all of my belongings packed up in a matter of days. I did not have to worry about anything after that. They cleaned and stored the items and once we were back home delivered them back to us. My only issue is that whatever cleaning process they use is very harsh on your items. If they were brand new when they took them, they will NOT look brand new any more when you get them back. One of my items were damaged. They were prompt and came back and got the item on the same day it was delivered back to me. I have not heard back from them since. Its has been over a month and I don't know what happened to the item or if it will be replaced. This is my biggest complaint with them.

ServPro was very professional in their work and were very consistent in all that they promised to do.

It was good experience. We just had a minor problem with scheduling after the head guy got sick but it was nothing I couldn't overcome. The main problem was with the adjuster. There was a baseboard that needed to be replaced and I think he failed to note it so when it came time to fix it, the contractor said he thought it was already that way.

They were very professional and on time. They moved everything out of the way for us. They were excellent.
