I definitely would not recommend Servpro Egg Harbor and if there was a rating below 1 star I would have made it. My son and I used Servpro Egg Harbor for a basement flood in an apartment in Philadelphia. To say they were overpriced is an understatement. We had a phone quote of $2,000 from the lead representative for the basement flood pump-out but when he arrived the day after the pump out was completed the cost jumped to $5,000. Servpro staff were with us for a total of about 4 man-hours for the pump out. The clean-up and treatment was also hugely overpriced at $12,000+ and the quality of work was poor. I had to get them back twice after "completion" to get the job done somewhat properly but, even then, it still left a lot to be desired. The lead representative was abrasive, misleading and, as the work progressed, largely unresponsive - phone messages not returned and promised visits failed to materialize (I kept records). The multi-page "report" which Servpro sent to the insurance company was just page after page of photos and a further detailed report which we were promised by the lead representative failed to materialize and, I believe, was non-existent (we never did receive anything despite repeated requests and promises). Finally, Servpro's quote for the repair work was late and contained multiple errors and was twice the cost of any of the competition. My recommendation is definitely not to use this company. Very costly, poor workmanship and very difficult to deal with.
