Would never recommend ServPro and would not use again for even the smallest of jobs. Like it never even happened slogan does not fit this operation and should be removed from their advertising.

Great company, but I will say that the only thing they can do better is to have someone that can manage projects. The salesperson and installers are great, but the company is lacking in communication on installation projects.

I don't have a problem telling anyone who did the repairs, but if asked, I will tell them what I went through to get it done correctly.

The job had to be reworked with a different crew to make it acceptable. Materials used were of lower quality than the original. I was told this was due to Allstates insurance company requirements. The contractor was responsive and helpful.
