ServPro workers did an excellent job dealing with the aftermath of catastrophic damage to our house from a storm. I would recommend them to anyone coping with storm damage.

The employees of ServPro are the most unprofessional, incompetent I've ever dealt with.

They were wonderful and timely. I used the professional blowers to ensure no damp or mold areas. They measured moisture to insured the baseboard and wall were dry from broken pipe. I regret letting all baseboard and flooring material be removed immediately. The ceramic tile was not damaged and could have been re-installed.

The cleaning process took 3 plus weeks instead of 5 days as promised. The end result was that my home had to be professionally cleaned after Serpro was supposed to have finished their cleaning.

In my initial contact with ServPro, I was informed of what ServPro would be doing, and how they would do it. Turns out that absolutely nothing I was told was accurate. I was told that all items taken from house and stored at their warehouse would be cleaned twice, to remove smoke odor and smut residue. When the items were returned to my residence, most were covered with smoke residue. Not only had it not been cleaned twice, but it had not been cleaned once! This, among other issues, lead me to believe that the initial visit by the rep is to build up your confidence in using ServPro, then, when obligated, they DO NO do what you're told they will do.

I would be even more likely to recommend ServPro if I could understand the cost of what the claim was for. I was never able to figure that out.
