The Servpro office at West Orange cut corners and their construction performance was subpar. Stay clear of them.

I was exceptionally pleased with all aspects of my experience with Servpro. Particularly how they successfully worked with my insurance agent to ensure my home was restored to the same level. I completely trusted and felt safe with all of the contractors employed. I felt like Servpro was my advocate in assisting me to insure I had a beautiful home.

Our situation was larger but it would be nice to have some program where whoever ServPro is dealing with knows what to do. No one told us how the process worked so it would be nice if they told us what they'll do for us and what you have to do for them.
