ServPro - North/South Lexington did a very, very good job. Robert, the project manager, did a fantastic job for us. He was with us the whole way.

This ServPro was recommended to us by a friend, and even though they were not in the same city, they were very quick to respond and show up to begin the process. Very satisfied with the up front communication and how quickly they responded. The communication broke down a little bit toward the end of the process, but the majority of their work was done. There was additional floor samples they were supposed to provide to our adjustor, which didn't get done, but we don't know who is at fault there. Would definitely recommend even with the communication issues.

They screwed the entire project up, they ended up doing more damage so I ended up firing them.

ServPro was initially very responsive, professional, and skilled with the water damage mitigation to my house. However after the water was removed, they were supposed to get in touch with me regarding put-back (replacement of dry wall, painting the walls, replacing base boards, etc). Over the course of three weeks I called several times and kept hearing that they'd call me back "tomorrow", but ultimately had to go with another contractor for put-back.If you only need initial damage mitigation services, ServPro was amazing. However I found their follow-up services to be abysmal.

They were a good company, but you just have to stay on top of them.
