Service Master out of Tyler was the mitigation contractor that was assigned to our water loss claim. They came out to the house 3 or more times for mitigation purposes because each of the previous times they came out all of the water/mold issues were not addressed properly. At the end of the day, there were was still water loss and mold in our house from this incident that should have been addressed by Service Master, but was not. In my contacts with the Insurance Company they said that the Service Master representative had effectively stopped communicating with them when they tried to contact them about finishing the water remediation on this claim. I would not recommend Service Master out of Tyler to anyone I know for water remediation purposes based on this experience!Homeowner

Tyler was awesome. Made sure our floors and wall was completely dry. Came out everyday to make sure the equipment and drying process was going smoothly. Polite and professional!

They showed up quickly, and called every morning before they were here so that I would be expecting them which I really appreciated. Also they did a great job and were in and out as fast as possible each time.

The people that did the clean-up were very thorough and helpful.

Our house was flooded. My furniture was on the floor. When they came out, I asked them about raising the furniture, to get it off the floor, they said they didn't have the props to put the furniture up with them. When they flushed out the water, all the water went all up and under my wood furniture because they didn't have all the equipment with them. More water got on my furniture. Water was just pushed in areas, instead of getting sucked out of the house. Water was pushed to certain areas of the house and made it more wet. We had to hire another company to come out here and finish the job. Because of the way ServiceMaster Services did the job, we almost had to pull out all of our cabinets and all of our granite up and redo this whole house, which is only 3 years old and 4,000 square feet. Thank goodness to the other company coming out, pulling off the baseboards, drilling more holes and getting to the proper places. The other company also taped off all of the areas that needed to be dried rather then just have blowers in here just blowing stuff everywhere like ServiceMaster had. The other company actually taped it off and a cover that went over the hoses to keep the heat in to allow the inside of our cabinets and walls dry. We had to have cabinets ripped because ServiceMaster didn't get them dried our fast enough. Took almost 10 days to get our house all dried out because our insurance company had to hire another company to come out. ServiceMaster just didn't get the job done. They could not get our house, cabinets and walls dried.

The Service Master staff are highly focused, attentive, reliable with a lot of class!

Service master did not do a good job. They did not clean my home properly.

They didn't clean up like they said they would. They didn't take down my fans, and whoever they got to tarp my roof didn't tarp it good and when it rained again, it leaked making everything that they dried out got wet again.

The people that I worked with at ServiceMaster Services-Tyler BSRK, were delightful to work with. They were very courteous and helpful, especially the ones that packed the things in and out.

They could do a better job then what they did. They scratched and broke some of my furniture. The house was not cleaned up, I had to do it myself. I would tell them to do a better job.
