They are professional.
They are top-tier professionals and their work was impeccable.
ServiceMaster was very professional in completing the project as promised.
They came quick to install fans to dry out my ceiling from the water damage. But even though they were supposed to come back and fix the damage after everything was dry, they never did and never responded to my repeated messages.
The ServiceMaster staff did a fantastic job communicating with us throughout the process. Ken came out to inspect and provide an estimate almost immediately, all documents were sent quickly, and there was consistent follow-up to any questions we had while the repairs were being made. Great customer service throughout. Thanks ServiceMaster!
They were fantastic. I have only positive comments, and I have no issues.
ServiceMaster came out right away and handled the clean up needed in my home. Communication with them was great throughout the entire process. They responded to all my requests in a timely manner and did quality work. The only downside was that it took 5 months for the restoration to be completed. That may not have entirely been their fault, it might have partly been due to the availability of contractors to do the work. I thought it was going to be done a lot sooner.
They were prompt, and the workers were excellent, clean and thorough.
Service Master by Quick Response is competent, responsible and prompt in reaching out to the customer, evaluating and repairing the problem. They adhere to their schedule and take the worry out of the whole reparation process.
Servicemaster was quick to respond. They were able to do the demolition and take care of the restoration. All in all, after all is done and said, I would recommend Servicemaster by QR to a friend or would likely use them again. The staff was friendly and the project manager Michelle was very responsive and kept me informed.
I liked their work very much and they were very professional.
1. When they ripped out my floors, they forgot to keep a sample.2. They then under-estimated the cost of my floors by $1.40 per square foot.3. Then they ripped out more floors to get a sample, and it took weeks to get a reply.4. Then they wanted to install over sub-grade cement and insisted on not using a vapor barrier even though the manufacturer's warranty required a vapor barrier.5. The second day, the workers showed up hours late.6. Overall, they were wrong, and very nasty and rude about it, from beginning to end. It took 6 weeks to get the work done, and even that wouldn't have happened without constant check-ins. If I had not been on top of it all the time, I would have had cheap floors, improperly installed, months after the incident.7. Did I mention how incredibly rude, nasty, and argumentative they were over and over, even when clearly shown that the mistakes were on their end?
All personnel were very kind.
They were very responsive. They came out immediately and dealt with the problem in an efficient and professional manner.
The overall service was great. There were some small problems with communication, but the job was done well. We were very satisfied.
Very responsive, professional and friendly, and very thoroughly dried the hole in my living room ceiling due to a leaky pipe to the master bathroom, and enlarged the hole so that the plumber could make the necessary repairs. However, Service Master did not do any of the restoration work (sheetrock, plastering, painting); I'm not sure what the "Restoration" portion of their business name means, though I'm extremely satisfied with everything they did to prepare for a different contractor to perform the actual restoration!
