For the most part the ServiceMaster people were pretty good. It's never a pleasant experience needing to use their services in general, but for the most part the ServiceMaster technicians (Guy in particular) were professional and made the experience as seamless as they could given the circumstances. While I hope to never NEED their services again, I would probably use them if I was in need a second time.

Very courteous and prompt staff. They were always on time and if they were running late they called to let me know. They kept the work area clean and ensured the rest of the house was not affected in the process of cleaning up.

The ServiceMaster team that came out to help with the water damage was on time and explained the process thoroughly to me upon arrival. They were extremely courteous and were very pleasant to interact with. They were always on time with their follow ups and made sure that they were not an intrusion to my home. Excellent customer service all around!

The team of people that came and went throughout my clean-up process (flood, mold, reconstruction) were my reassuring supporters in this disaster. They worked very hard and were careful and thoughtful about trying to preserve the integrity of my 1850s home, they took extra care when removing the flooring, moldings, etc. because I hoped to salvage as much as possible and reuse. They kept me informed every step of the way (especially the mold remediation) and I often felt like they treated my house like their own. Anyway..... I would recommend them to anyone and can't thank them enough for their great attitudes.
