Response to questions 1. Service Masters outlined the work process; however they didn't follow it. The protection by masking off other rooms was listed in contract but not done.3. follow up items to resolve 5 outstanding concerns took nearly a month with all calls to set up were made by me. Initial call made 9/13. work completed 10/8.
It was nice to work Service Master personnel The supervisors were easy to work with and very informative. The workers were extremely friendly and their work was fast and accurate.We enjoyed talking and watching the workers rebuild our flooring problems. They seemed like friends by the time the work was completed.Kudos for a company that can hire this quality of workers that can also do quality work.I had my own remodeling company and I would have killed to be able to have this quality of people!
ServiceMaster Medford did a great job,went above and beyond to help me when I needed it most!
I would have given them 4's on everything except that they broke some stone on my fireplace and they didn't fix it.
There was one man that really worked hard. He did most of the work and worked harder than the other people. They weren't prompt. They wouldn't show up on the scheduled day.
I felt uncomfortable that they seemed to be able to get into my house even when I didn't give theme a key. I do't know how that was but that worried me.
