All in all, we did get dried out. So success. Not comfortable, but what can one expect!

They came in and were very professional. Handled all the water damage quickly, dried out everything they could, and removed all mold from everything.

Very quick response to the issue.

The SM clean-up team responded within hours to assess and had the equipment in their van to start skillfully and carefully mitigating the damage from a backed up septic. Reporting to my insurance carrier was almost seamless.

Service Master was really on top of it. They came after hours when necessary and did a great job.

I would recommend them to anyone who is a senior, or who is not highly organized. If I had been 20 years younger, I wouldn't have used their service, because I have been doing this for others. I am in my 70s and I am not as apt to take on that big of a project.

I was very pleased with the prompt service, especially since I was out of town when the damage to our property occurred.

Service Master has done a superb job, so far, on my condo. They have taken a long time to do this job, but it was big and daunting to begin with. Originally the head man told me that they would start in May and finish in September. They are not anywhere near finished by now however it does seem to be moving along now.

I had a massive hot water leak that cause a lot of damage under my house as well as to three rooms. Unfortunately we also were dealing with a pandemic so supplies as well as actual workers were in short supply. Considering the unusual stressful situation, Service Master did a great job. It took a lot longer than I would have liked but they were understanding of my impatience and very respectful of my personal frustration. Now that the work is completed, I’m very happy with their work. My rooms look better than they did prior to the leak.

I was in a really bad spot with my house, and those guys came in, were very kind, professional, and understanding. They took control, were helpful, knowledgeable, and are experts at what they do. I am very thankful and appreciative and praise them for all of the work and help they gave me.

They did a great job.

SERVICE MASTER TOOK MY CALL AND SENT SOMEONE OUT THAT VERY DAY TO ACCESS AND FIND OUT WHAT WAS NEEDED. WE WERE VERY GRATEFUL TO THEIR QUICK RESPONSE AND GETTING A START ON A JOB THAT WOULD TAKE TIME TO BE COMPLETED. IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS I JUST NEEDED TO CALL AND THEY WOULD WALK ME THRU ANYTHING THAT I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND. VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL. THANK YOU SO MUCH SERVICE MASTER

Service Master (Sequim) has been a delight to work with from their initial visit to assess the damage all the way through to the repairs they have made. They have worked with us every step of the way to make sure the repairs have aligned with what the insurance folks wanted/needed and what we wanted for the damaged rooma. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They did exactly what they said they would do when they did it. Excellent!
