From the beginning of this process to the final walk around the people at Semper Fi were professional, prompt and polite. We will definitely recommend.

We had rotted wood that was suppose to be replaced. While they were working on the roof I noticed it wasn't being replaced. I called & was told they're not finished it will be replaced. When it was done the wood wasn't replaced. The workers said they weren't told. I called again & he came to the house & told the workers. They had to undo certain spots & replace the wood which we had to pay $150 extra for the wood even though we showed them the areas that were rotten before signing the contract. Also they didn't tell us that they would need to remove the Leaf Guards on the gutters. Now we have to see if the Leaf Guard company can put them back on. Which is like replacing puzzle pieces as their all in a pile. If not we have to buy new ones!

I was waiting on a representative I talked with to come back, but he did not call me to inform me that he could not come, which was an issue for me. I cannot say that I would recommend them to others.

All aspects from inspection and quotation to job completion went smoothly.

They were absolutely great!! Donny did an excellent job of explaining what was needed to be done and Manny also did an excellent job letting me know how things were progressing. The whole crew was polite and friendly. They did a fantastic job doing the work and then cleaning up.

The initial people that came out were very knowledgeable and provided pictures of the roof from inside and outside. The initial purpose was to patch the roof where the electrical wires had entered the roof prior to the upgrade since it was a new roof 3 years ago. After seeing the pictures, it was obvious that we needed a new roof. They went into the crawl space and picked up on the ventilation problem. The pictures on the roof showed the caulking was loose. Better to get a new roof now before the problems became worse.

It's a bit nerve racking to have a job this big done on your house but they made it easy. Great crew, good work that looks great.

Semper Fi Roofing & Exteriors gave a good line of garbage over the radio about what they do. They fell short when they got here.

The project coordinators quickly navigated around a freak lake effect snowstorm that left 9" of snow on the roof the day the roofing project was scheduled. The work was done in time, the roofing staff were very efficient and considerate. Communication was excellent. Cleanup was done thoroughly and completely. All in all, very happy with our decision to go with Semper Fi!

The salesman that I worked with was really good and explained the whole process nicely. The contractor that walked around and showed me pictures was great. They were good people to work with.

The teamwork was amazing. I was impressed that every man knew his role and the coordination was great to watch. The foreman was very helpful and answered all questions. The finance team is still working with me to help get a lower interest rate.This is a great company. I highly recommend Semper Fi.

Before having me sign a review for the BBB, which honestly was a tad on the pushy side, the agreed upon work that was done in the attic, was not reviewed with me.
Thankfully, he was in our driveway long enough for me to happen to remember to look in the attic.
VERY disappointed with finding 25' of 6" flexible duct being coiled up in a space where only 6' at the very most was needed. (I should have known this might be an issue when I offered the person doing the work screw clamps to affix the duct to the vent connection(s) and he shook his head no, holding up the duct tape. Obviously the work in that regard is not really satisfactory. Adhesive is not the same in all temperatures, and may be less effective than a mechanical clamp.

Also, it would be best if your workers (or contractors, whichever, did not shoot their snot out a nostrils, into my front yard.
I kind of gave that a pass on multiple occasions...

But... when I told the guy that had me fill out the paperwork, what they did in the attic, and he looked at it and tried telling me that it wasn't an issue that having it longer allowed whatever....
I cut him off and asked him to please not say that.
Basically he tried to lie to me about a mistake that was made.
After I called him on it, he didn't attempt to continue with his false narrative.

Work was completed as promised.

Our supervisor Colin was excellent! He kept us informed during the entire project! He took pictures which was helpful! He was kind professional!

The overall job was well done, done quickly and I was informed during every step of the process what was happening and roughly when.

They did excellent work and paid attention to every detail. The project manager kept us up to date on everything, and the clean up was very good.

They arrived early on both days and were very hard workers, I’m impressed!

They were all very friendly. When I called with a question, they got back to me in a timely manner. They did a good job of explaining anything I wasn't sure about.

The project manager went over the job with us step by step and remained onsite until the job was finished. He gave us constant updates and went over everything upon completion to make sure we were absolutely satisfied.

It was not cheap, but I looked at it as an investment in the house I loved. I felt that they took pride in what they did and the price would be be worth it.

Too expensive. Dishonest about subcontracting. Found nails in the grass and on the driveway after you left. Gathered a small bag of trash after you left. Mateo never showed up on Monday. Finished job after dark so could not inspect.

I am unsure whether or not we received the roof shingles we discussed with our sales person. He only had the shaker shingle guide when he made arrangements with us. We chose based on those colors, which he said would be similar to the better than basic shingles. However, that is not the case. Aside from that, we did not receive any communication from a project manager or photos to help prevent this issue. The job is now done and we can’t get a hold of an actual person at the office.

I already did recommend to my neighbor.

Answer phone calls quicker.

Running a hard pull on my credit after telling me it would be a soft pull is a huge red flag. I couldn’t confidently recommend a company that pulls that, even if the work was good.

Install scheduled for Thursday then got moved to Saturday. The supply pallets were dropped off on my front lawn on Wednesday and sat there for four days. Found out at the end of the day Saturday that gutters are coming at a later date. Still don't know when.

The quote process for my job was originally quick and easy. My sales person was on time, quick and efficient. He quoted a price, I agreed, paid in full and was told Semper Fi would call me to schedule the job. That never happened... I called back 4 days later and was told this was on a financial hold. That set off a flurry of activity between threats of cancellation of the contract, requotes and at the end of the day a MUCH higher quotation -- almost double. Despite a clear legal contract on the original quote, Semper Fi would NOT honor the price they originally quoted and took my money for. They admitted to sales person making an error, but guys -- in business if it's your error, you HONOR THE QUOTE. This is good business ethics but was NOT how you behaved. Shameful!!!
