One frustrating issue was the flickering lights in our brand new townhouse. The electrician is using inferior lightbulbs. I replaced them all and have not had a flicker since.

Amazing community

I rented Monkey Doodle and did not enjoy the experience. I turned on the oven and the smoke alarm went off, I got it to go off, but it was really yukky. Maintainace said they would come look at it, but I decided to just have cereal for dinner. The sheets were rough, pillows uncomfortable, the fold out couch was dirty and stained and not comfortable.

It's a lovely place to take the family for a vacation where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the coast. Seabrook is a community where you feel safe and you can let your kids roam the neighborhood without worry about their safety or security. Kids can be free-roaming kids and parents can enjoy some quiet time knowing their kids are in a great environment.

It’s such a unique destination that everyone should experience from the gorgeous vistas to the quaint town.

Seabrook has been a HUGE positive in our family's life since we discovered it just a year ago! Our kids are more independent and happier here, we are more relaxed and really able to unplug. There's great food, good wine, beautiful beaches, and just such a good vibe! We've wonderful friends here that we'll likely have for life. We feel so lucky that we get to watch our kids grow up with the freedom and fun of Seabrook in their childhoods!

As a guest, staying here and renting has been great. The picture totally changes as a homeowner. There's a lack of follow through and things that were said to us never materialized. It's been a bittersweet experience.

Daydream Cottage on Lily Lane is my biggest creative project ever. Throughout the design and building process, Seabrook Construction Company team members helped my vision take shape. We amended the Beach Daisy floor plan to build a home with stunning forest panoramas to bring the outdoors in, with special areas to write and do projects. We completely maximized the advantages of the south-facing lot with the full front deck. The Seabrook team found solutions for the wood-burning stove’s smallest possible footprint. I had access to surfaces, carpets and paint colors that fully engaged my aesthetic for the interior and exterior without onerous upgrade costs. Both my husband and I have been impressed by professionalism of the entire Seabrook crew. We were especially impressed with the construction crew. Our home was built on time and on budget. The construction of our home was solid. The entire Seabrook crew has been very responsive to all of the question and concerns we have had.

We have been delighted with our Seabrook cottage. It was really well designed, construction is of high quality, and they put a lot of attention into the details. The people of Seabrook Construction Company have been a pleasure to work with, very responsive, friendly, courteous, and respectful.
